Talks across the world – from Brooklyn to Riyad

April kept WiDeS busy with several important conferences. At the Brooklyn 5G summit, Andy Molisch presented an invited talk on the measurement and modeling of propagation channels for massive MIMO systems, and participated in a panel discussion on “what is next” in the area of propagation channels. In Riyad, he talked about “Precision Localization of Multiple Passive Targets by Ultrawideband Signals in the Presence of Severe Multipath” at the second SIEPC, organized by WiDeS sponsor KACST (King Abdullah City of Science and Technolgy). Finally, in San Jose, he gave an invited talk on Propagation Channels for Next Generation Wireless Systems at the WWRF (World-wide Wireless Research Forum).
